Thanks for being interested in my postings. Here at Grow Constantly; Think Critically, I share my opinions on controversial events, highly debated topics, tips to cope with current issues, and reflections that I genuinely feel would be beneficial to anyone regardless of their identity and background.

One of my focuses is to disabuse stigmas that are rampantly undermining the welfare of society. I will be talking about social stigmas on racial injustices, obesity, mental illnesses, ageism, gender inequality, and much more. Here at this platform, I want to confront, examine, and challenge those detrimental trends of our society, hoping my effort will eventually make the world a better place.

During this entire journey, I faithfully believe and unwaveringly envision a more fulfilled life ahead of us. Together, step by step, let us live out each moment mindfully.

Of course, we stumble and fall, but we rise from the pits fiercer and wiser than before. I recognize my deficiencies as both a human being, a learner, and a blogger. But I don’t and never will doubt the progress I will make and the growth I would see as I persist on exploring, studying, delving, and improving. I know that YOU CAN TOO!

So join me on this journey. There is no preacher nor didactic instructions to be summoned; only ideas — original, sincere, and inspiring ideas — are exchanged freely and respectfully.
